በዚያ ዩቢሌ የኖህ ልጆች እርስ በእርሳቸው መዋጋትን፣ ማስርትና እርስ በእርሳቸው መግደልን ጀመሩ፤ የሰው ደም በምድር ላይ ማፍሰስና ደም መብላት ጀመሩ፤ የተመሸጉ ከተሞች፣ ግድግዳዎችና ማማዎችን መሥራት ጀመሩ፤ ሰዎችም በሕዝቦች ላይ ራሳቸውን ማነሳሳትና የመጀመሪያ መንግሥታትን ማቋቋም ጀመሩ፤ ጦርነት ለመሄድ—ሕዝብ በሕዝብ፣ አሕዛብ በአሕዛብ፣ ከተማ በከተማ—ጀመሩ፤ እያንዳንዱም ክፉ ማድረግ፣ መሣሪያ መያዝና ለልጆቻቸው ሰልፍ መማር ጀመሩ። ከተማ ከተማን ማስማትና ወንዶችንና ሴቶችን ባሪያ መሸጥ ተጀመረ።
