ይህ ሁሉ መልዕክት ጻፍሁልህ እና እስራኤላውያን እንዳይበድሉ፣ ሥርዓቱን እንዳይተላለፉና ኪዳኑን እንዳይጣሉ ትነግራቸው ዘንድ አዘዝሁህ፤ እንዲያከናውኑትም እና እንደ ወዳጆች እንዲመዘገቡ።
