ነገር ግን ይስሐቅ ለያዕቆብ ልጁ እንዲህ አለው፦ “እድሜ አልጌ ስለሆንሁ ከአንተ ጋር መሄድ አልችልም፤ ጉዞውንም መቋቋም አልችልም። ልጄ በሰላም ሂድ፤ ዛሬ ዕድሜዬ መቶ ስድሳ አምስት ዓመት ነው። ዳግም መጓዝ አልችልም፤ እናትህን በእንስሳ አስቀመጥ እንድትሄድ ከአንተ ጋር ትሄድ።”
