ካም ድርሻውን በልጆቹ መካከል ከፈለ። መጀመሪያ ድርሻ ለኩስ ወደ ምሥራቅ ወጣ፤ ከእርሱም ወደ ምዕራብ ለሜጽራይም አንድ፣ ከእርሱ ደግሞ ወደ ምዕራብ ለፑት አንድ፣ ከዚያም ወደ ምዕራብ ለከነዓን አንድ ወጣ፤ ከእነርሱም ወደ ምዕራብ ባሕር ነበረ።
