Verse 7

Then on that day did David first ordain to give thanks unto Jehovah, by the hand of Asaph and his brethren.

2 Sam 22:1 : 1 And David spake unto Jehovah the words of this song in the day that Jehovah delivered him out of the hand of all his enemies, and out of the hand of Saul:
2 Sam 23:1-2 : 1 Now these are the last words of David. David the son of Jesse saith, And the man who was raised on high saith, The anointed of the God of Jacob, And the sweet psalmist of Israel: 2 The Spirit of Jehovah spake by me, And his word was upon my tongue.
