Verse 2

For verily in this we groan, longing to be clothed upon with our habitation which is from heaven:

Rom 8:23 : 23 And not only so, but ourselves also, who have the first-fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for [our] adoption, [to wit], the redemption of our body.
1 Cor 15:53-54 : 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 But when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
Rom 7:24 : 24 Wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me out of the body of this death?
2 Cor 5:3-4 : 3 if so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked. 4 For indeed we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened; not for that we would be unclothed, but that we would be clothed upon, that what is mortal may be swallowed up of life.
Phil 1:23 : 23 But I am in a strait betwixt the two, having the desire to depart and be with Christ; for it is very far better:
1 Pet 1:6-7 : 6 Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, ye have been put to grief in manifold trials, 7 that the proof of your faith, [being] more precious than gold that perisheth though it is proved by fire, may be found unto praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ:
