If one be found slain in the land which Jehovah thy God giveth thee to possess it, lying in the field, and it be not known who hath smitten him;

Ps 5:6 : 6 Thou wilt destroy them that speak lies: Jehovah abhorreth the blood-thirsty and deceitful man.
Ps 9:12 : 12 For he that maketh inquisition for blood remembereth them; He forgetteth not the cry of the poor.
Prov 28:17 : 17 A man that is laden with the blood of any person Shall flee unto the pit; Let no man stay him.
Isa 26:21 : 21 For, behold, Jehovah cometh forth out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.
Acts 28:4 : 4 And when the barbarians saw the [venomous] creature hanging from his hand, they said one to another, No doubt this man is a murderer, whom, though he hath escaped from the sea, yet Justice hath not suffered to live.
