Verse 18

And Jacob loved Rachel; and he said, I will serve thee seven years for Rachel thy younger daughter.

Hos 12:12 : 12 And Jacob fled into the field of Aram, and Israel served for a wife, and for a wife he kept [sheep] .
Exod 22:16-17 : 16 And if a man entice a virgin that is not betrothed, and lie with her, he shall surely pay a dowry for her to be his wife. 17 If her father utterly refuse to give her unto him, he shall pay money according to the dowry of virgins.
