Verse 14

and said unto them, We cannot do this thing, to give our sister to one that is uncircumcised; for that were a reproach unto us.

Wherefore the name of that place was called Gilgal, unto this day.
1 Sam 14:6 : 6 And Jonathan said to the young man that bare his armor, Come, and let us go over unto the garrison of these uncircumcised: it may be that Jehovah will work for us; for there is no restraint to Jehovah to save by many or by few.

Rom 4:11 : 11 and he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had while he was in uncircumcision; that he might be the father of all them that believe, though they be in uncircumcision, that righteousness might be reckoned unto them;
