Verse 24

and they took him, and cast him into the pit: and the pit was empty, there was no water in it.

Jer 38:6 : 6 Then took they Jeremiah, and cast him into the dungeon of Malchijah the king's son, that was in the court of the guard: and they let down Jeremiah with cords. And in the dungeon there was no water, but mire; and Jeremiah sank in the mire.
Lam 3:52-55 : 52 They have chased me sore like a bird, they that are mine enemies without cause. 53 They have cut off my life in the dungeon, and have cast a stone upon me. 54 Waters flowed over my head; I said, I am cut off. 55 I called upon thy name, O Jehovah, out of the lowest dungeon.
