Verse 12

When ye come to appear before me, who hath required this at your hand, to trample my courts?

Exod 23:17 : 17 Three times in the year all thy males shall appear before the Lord Jehovah.
Exod 34:23 : 23 Three times in the year shall all thy males appear before the Lord Jehovah, the God of Israel.
Deut 16:16 : 16 Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before Jehovah thy God in the place which he shall choose: in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles; and they shall not appear before Jehovah empty:
Ps 40:6 : 6 Sacrifice and offering thou hast no delight in; Mine ears hast thou opened: Burnt-offering and sin-offering hast thou not required.
Eccl 5:1 : 1 Keep thy foot when thou goest to the house of God; for to draw nigh to hear is better than to give the sacrifice of fools: for they know not that they do evil.
