Verse 4

And I will give children to be their princes, and babes shall rule over them.

Eccl 10:16 : 16 Woe to thee, O land, when thy king is a child, and thy princes eat in the morning!
1 Kgs 3:7-9 : 7 And now, O Jehovah my God, thou hast made thy servant king instead of David my father: and I am but a little child; I know not how to go out or come in. 8 And thy servant is in the midst of thy people which thou hast chosen, a great people, that cannot be numbered nor counted for multitude. 9 Give thy servant therefore an understanding heart to judge thy people, that I may discern between good and evil; for who is able to judge this thy great people?
2 Chr 33:1 : 1 Manasseh was twelve years old when he began to reign; and he reigned fifty and five years in Jerusalem.
2 Chr 34:1 : 1 Josiah was eight years old when he began to reign; and he reigned thirty and one years in Jerusalem.
2 Chr 36:2 : 2 Joahaz was twenty and three years old when he began to reign; and he reigned three months in Jerusalem.
2 Chr 36:5 : 5 Jehoiakim was twenty and five years old when he began to reign; and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem: and he did that which was evil in the sight of Jehovah his God.
2 Chr 36:9 : 9 Jehoiachin was eight years old when he began to reign; and he reigned three months and ten days in Jerusalem: and he did that which was evil in the sight of Jehovah.
2 Chr 36:11 : 11 Zedekiah was twenty and one years old when he began to reign; and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem:
