Verse 22

For though thou wash thee with lye, and take thee much soap, yet thine iniquity is marked before me, saith the Lord Jehovah.

Job 14:17 : 17 My transgression is sealed up in a bag, And thou fastenest up mine iniquity.
Jer 17:1 : 1 The sin of Judah is written with a pen of iron, [and] with the point of a diamond: it is graven upon the tablet of their heart, and upon the horns of your altars;
