Verse 24

For my sighing cometh before I eat, And my groanings are poured out like water.

Ps 102:9 : 9 For I have eaten ashes like bread, And mingled my drink with weeping,
Ps 38:8 : 8 I am faint and sore bruised: I have groaned by reason of the disquietness of my heart.
