God will not withdraw his anger; The helpers of Rahab do stoop under him.

Job 26:12 : 12 He stirreth up the sea with his power, And by his understanding he smiteth through Rahab.
Isa 30:7 : 7 For Egypt helpeth in vain, and to no purpose: therefore have I called her Rahab that sitteth still.
Ps 89:10 : 10 Thou hast broken Rahab in pieces, as one that is slain; Thou hast scattered thine enemies with the arm of thy strength.
Isa 51:9 : 9 Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of Jehovah; awake, as in the days of old, the generations of ancient times. Is it not thou that didst cut Rahab in pieces, that didst pierce the monster?
Jas 4:6-7 : 6 But he giveth more grace. Wherefore [the scripture] saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace to the humble. 7 Be subject therefore unto God; but resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Isa 31:2-3 : 2 Yet he also is wise, and will bring evil, and will not call back his words, but will arise against the house of the evil-doers, and against the help of them that work iniquity. 3 Now the Egyptians are men, and not God; and their horses flesh, and not spirit: and when Jehovah shall stretch out his hand, both he that helpeth shall stumble, and he that is helped shall fall, and they all shall be consumed together.
Job 40:9-9 : 9 Or hast thou an arm like God? And canst thou thunder with a voice like him? 10 Deck thyself now with excellency and dignity; And array thyself with honor and majesty. 11 Pour forth the overflowings of thine anger; And look upon every one that is proud, and abase him.
