Verse 10

Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruning-hooks into spears: let the weak say, I am strong.

Isa 2:4 : 4 And he will judge between the nations, and will decide concerning many peoples; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning-hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.
