And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, [even] God.

Jas 1:17 : 17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, neither shadow that is cast by turning.
Job 14:4 : 4 Who can bring a clean thing out of an unclean? not one.
Job 15:14-16 : 14 What is man, that he should be clean? And he that is born of a woman, that he should be righteous? 15 Behold, he putteth no trust in his holy ones; Yea, the heavens are not clean in his sight: 16 How much less one that is abominable and corrupt, A man that drinketh iniquity like water!
Job 25:4 : 4 How then can man be just with God? Or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?
