And he asked him, What is thy name? And he saith unto him, My name is Legion; for we are many.

Matt 26:53 : 53 Or thinkest thou that I cannot beseech my Father, and he shall even now send me more than twelve legions of angels?
Luke 8:30 : 30 And Jesus asked him, What is thy name? And he said, Legion; for many demons were entered into him.
Luke 11:21-26 : 21 When the strong [man] fully armed guardeth his own court, his goods are in peace: 22 but when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him his whole armor wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils. 23 He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth. 24 The unclean spirit when he is gone out of the man, passeth through waterless places, seeking rest, and finding none, he saith, I will turn back unto my house whence I came out. 25 And when he is come, he findeth it swept and garnished. 26 Then goeth he, and taketh [to him] seven other spirits more evil than himself; and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man becometh worse than the first.
Mark 5:15 : 15 And they come to Jesus, and behold him that was possessed with demons sitting, clothed and in his right mind, [even] him that had the legion: and they were afraid.
Matt 12:45 : 45 Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more evil than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man becometh worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this evil generation.
