Verse 29

And when his disciples heard [thereof], they came and took up his corpse, and laid it in a tomb.

1 Kgs 13:29-30 : 29 And the prophet took up the body of the man of God, and laid it upon the ass, and brought it back; and he came to the city of the old prophet, to mourn, and to bury him. 30 And he laid his body in his own grave; and they mourned over him, [saying], Alas, my brother!
2 Chr 24:16 : 16 And they buried him in the city of David among the kings, because he had done good in Israel, and toward God and his house.
Matt 14:12 : 12 And his disciples came, and took up the corpse, and buried him; and they went and told Jesus.
Matt 27:57-60 : 57 And when even was come, there came a rich man from Arimathaea, named Joseph, who also himself was Jesus' disciple: 58 this man went to Pilate, and asked for the body of Jesus. Then Pilate commanded it to be given up. 59 And Joseph took the body, and wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, 60 and laid it in his own new tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock: and he rolled a great stone to the door of the tomb, and departed.
Acts 8:2 : 2 And devout men buried Stephen, and made great lamentation over him.
