And the robbers also that were crucified with him cast upon him the same reproach.

Job 30:7-9 : 7 Among the bushes they bray; Under the nettles they are gathered together. 8 [ They are] children of fools, yea, children of base men; They were scourged out of the land. 9 And now I am become their song, Yea, I am a byword unto them.
Ps 35:15 : 15 But in mine adversity they rejoiced, and gathered themselves together: The abjects gathered themselves together against me, and I knew [it] not; They did tear me, and ceased not:
Matt 27:38 : 38 Then are there crucified with him two robbers, one on the right hand and one on the left.

Luke 23:39-43 : 39 And one of the malefactors that were hanged railed on him, saying, Art not thou the Christ? save thyself and us. 40 But the other answered, and rebuking him said, Dost thou not even fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? 41 And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss. 42 And he said, Jesus, remember me when thou comest in thy kingdom. 43 And he said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To-day shalt thou be with me in Paradise.
