Verse 2

For there were that said, We, our sons and our daughters, are many: let us get grain, that we may eat and live.

Gen 41:57 : 57 And all countries came into Egypt to Joseph to buy grain, because the famine was sore in all the earth.
Gen 42:2 : 2 And he said, Behold, I have heard that there is grain in Egypt: get you down thither, and buy for us from thence; that we may live, and not die.
Gen 43:8 : 8 And Judah said unto Israel his father, Send the lad with me, and we will arise and go; that we may live, and not die, both we, and thou, and also our little ones.
Ps 127:3-5 : 3 Lo, children are a heritage of Jehovah; [And] the fruit of the womb is [his] reward. 4 As arrows in the hand of a mighty man, So are the children of youth. 5 Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: They shall not be put to shame, When they speak with their enemies in the gate.
Ps 128:2-4 : 2 For thou shalt eat the labor of thy hands: Happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee. 3 Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine, In the innermost parts of thy house; Thy children like olive plants, Round about thy table. 4 Behold, thus shall the man be blessed That feareth Jehovah.
Mal 2:2 : 2 If ye will not hear, and if ye will not lay it to heart, to give glory unto my name, saith Jehovah of hosts, then will I send the curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings; yea, I have cursed them already, because ye do not lay it to heart.
