Verse 19

The avenger of blood shall himself put the murderer to death: when he meeteth him, he shall put him to death.

Deut 19:6 : 6 lest the avenger of blood pursue the manslayer, while his heart is hot, and overtake him, because the way is long, and smite him mortally; whereas he was not worthy of death, inasmuch as he hated him not in time past.
Deut 19:12 : 12 then the elders of his city shall send and fetch him thence, and deliver him into the hand of the avenger of blood, that he may die.
Josh 20:3 : 3 that the manslayer that killeth any person unwittingly [and] unawares may flee thither: and they shall be unto you for a refuge from the avenger of blood.
Josh 20:5 : 5 And if the avenger of blood pursue after him, then they shall not deliver up the manslayer into his hand; because he smote his neighbor unawares, and hated him not beforetime.
Num 35:21 : 21 or in enmity smote him with his hand, so that he died; he that smote him shall surely be put to death; he is a murderer: the avenger of blood shall put the murderer to death, when he meeteth him.
Num 35:24 : 24 then the congregation shall judge between the smiter and the avenger of blood according to these ordinances;
Num 35:27 : 27 and the avenger of blood find him without the border of his city of refuge, and the avenger of blood slay the manslayer; he shall not be guilty of blood,
Num 35:12 : 12 And the cities shall be unto you for refuge from the avenger, that the manslayer die not, until he stand before the congregation for judgment.
