Verse 32

And ye shall take no ransom for him that is fled to his city of refuge, that he may come again to dwell in the land, until the death of the priest.

Acts 4:12 : 12 And in none other is there salvation: for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, wherein we must be saved.
Gal 2:21 : 21 I do not make void the grace of God: for if righteousness is through the law, then Christ died for nought.
