Verse 28

In the multitude of people is the king's glory; But in the want of people is the destruction of the prince.

Exod 1:12 : 12 But the more they afflicted them, the more they multiplied and the more they spread abroad. And they were grieved because of the children of Israel.

2 Kgs 13:7 : 7 For he left not to Jehoahaz of the people save fifty horsemen, and ten chariots, and ten thousand footmen; for the king of Syria destroyed them, and made them like the dust in threshing.
