Verse 4

Jehovah hath made everything for its own end; Yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.

Rom 9:22 : 22 What if God, willing to show his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering vessels of wrath fitted unto destruction:

2 Pet 2:9 : 9 the Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptation, and to keep the unrighteous under punishment unto the day of judgment;
Rev 4:11 : 11 Worthy art thou, our Lord and our God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power: for thou didst create all things, and because of thy will they were, and were created.
2 Pet 2:3 : 3 And in covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose sentence now from of old lingereth not, and their destruction slumbereth not.
Job 21:30 : 30 That the evil man is reserved to the day of calamity? That they are led forth to the day of wrath?
