Verse 16

When the wicked are increased, transgression increaseth; But the righteous shall look upon their fall.

Ps 37:36 : 36 But one passed by, and, lo, he was not: Yea, I sought him, but he could not be found.
Ps 58:10 : 10 The righteous shall rejoice when he seeth the vengeance: He shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked;
