When he established the heavens, I was there: When he set a circle upon the face of the deep,

Isa 40:22 : 22 [ It is] he that sitteth above the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in;
Prov 3:19 : 19 Jehovah by wisdom founded the earth; By understanding he established the heavens.
