Verse 20

Thou makest darkness, and it is night, Wherein all the beasts of the forest creep forth.

Isa 45:7 : 7 I form the light, and create darkness; I make peace, and create evil. I am Jehovah, that doeth all these things.
Ps 74:16 : 16 The day is thine, the night also is thine: Thou hast prepared the light and the sun.
Ps 139:10-12 : 10 Even there shall thy hand lead me, And thy right hand shall hold me. 11 If I say, Surely the darkness shall overwhelm me, And the light about me shall be night; 12 Even the darkness hideth not from thee, But the night shineth as the day: The darkness and the light are both alike [to thee] .
