Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, And ye waters that are above the heavens.

Gen 1:7 : 7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.
1 Kgs 8:27 : 27 But will God in very deed dwell on the earth? behold, heaven and the heaven of heavens cannot contain thee; how much less this house that I have builded!
