Jehovah looketh from heaven; He beholdeth all the sons of men;

Job 28:24 : 24 For he looketh to the ends of the earth, And seeth under the whole heaven;
Ps 11:4 : 4 Jehovah is in his holy temple; Jehovah, his throne is in heaven; His eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.
