Thus saith{H559} Jehovah:{H3068} For three{H7969} transgressions{H6588} of Judah,{H3063} yea, for four,{H702} I will not turn away{H7725} the punishment thereof; because they have rejected{H3988} the law{H8451} of Jehovah,{H3068} and have not kept{H8104} his statutes,{H2706} and their lies{H3577} have caused them to err,{H8582} after{H310} which their fathers{H1} did walk:{H1980}

Ezek 13:6-9 : 6 They have seen{H2372} falsehood{H7723} and lying{H3577} divination,{H7081} that say,{H559} Jehovah{H3068} saith;{H5002} but Jehovah{H3068} hath not sent{H7971} them: and they have made men to hope{H3176} that the word{H1697} would be confirmed.{H6965} 7 Have ye not seen{H2372} a false{H7723} vision,{H4236} and have ye not spoken{H1696} a lying{H3577} divination,{H4738} in that ye say,{H559} Jehovah{H3068} saith;{H5002} albeit I have not spoken?{H559} 8 Therefore thus saith{H559} the Lord{H136} Jehovah:{H3069} Because ye have spoken{H1696} falsehood,{H7723} and seen{H2372} lies,{H3577} therefore, behold, I am against you, saith{H5002} the Lord{H136} Jehovah.{H3069} 9 And my hand{H3027} shall be against the prophets{H5030} that see{H2374} false{H7723} visions, and that divine{H7080} lies:{H3577} they shall not be in the council{H5475} of my people,{H5971} neither shall they be written{H3789} in the writing{H3791} of the house{H1004} of Israel,{H3478} neither shall they enter{H935} into the land{H127} of Israel;{H3478} and ye shall know{H3045} that I am the Lord{H136} Jehovah.{H3069} 10 Because, even because they have seduced{H2937} my people,{H5971} saying,{H559} Peace;{H7965} and there is no peace;{H7965} and when one buildeth up{H1129} a wall,{H2434} behold,{H2009} they daub{H2902} it with untempered{H8602} [mortar]: 11 say{H559} unto them that daub{H2902} it with untempered{H8602} [mortar], that it shall fall:{H5307} there shall be an overflowing{H7857} shower;{H1653} and ye,{H859} O great hailstones,{H417} shall fall;{H5307} and a stormy{H5591} wind{H7307} shall rend{H1234} it. 12 Lo, when the wall{H7023} is fallen,{H5307} shall it not be said{H559} unto you, Where is the daubing{H2915} wherewith ye have daubed{H2902} it? 13 Therefore thus saith{H559} the Lord{H136} Jehovah:{H136} I will even rend{H1234} it with a stormy{H5591} wind{H7307} in my wrath;{H2534} and there shall be an overflowing{H7857} shower{H1653} in mine anger,{H639} and great hailstones{H417} in wrath{H2534} to consume{H3617} it. 14 So will I break down{H2040} the wall{H7023} that ye have daubed{H2902} with untempered{H8602} [mortar], and bring{H5060} it down to the ground,{H776} so that the foundation{H3247} thereof shall be uncovered;{H1540} and it shall fall,{H5307} and ye shall be consumed{H3615} in the midst{H8432} thereof: and ye shall know{H3045} that I am Jehovah.{H3068} 15 Thus will I accomplish{H3615} my wrath{H2534} upon the wall,{H7023} and upon them that have daubed{H2902} it with untempered{H8602} [mortar]; and I will say{H559} unto you, The wall{H7023} is no more, neither they that daubed{H2902} it; 16 [ to wit], the prophets{H5030} of Israel{H3478} that prophesy{H5012} concerning Jerusalem,{H3389} and that see{H2374} visions{H2377} of peace{H7965} for her, and there is no peace,{H7965} saith{H5002} the Lord{H136} Jehovah.{H3069}
Ezek 13:22 : 22 Because with lies{H8267} ye have grieved{H3512} the heart{H3820} of the righteous,{H6662} whom I have not made sad;{H3512} and strengthened{H2388} the hands{H3027} of the wicked,{H7451} that he should not return{H7725} from his wicked{H7563} way,{H1870} and be saved alive;{H2421}

Dan 9:5-9 : 5 we have sinned,{H2398} and have dealt perversely,{H5753} and have done wickedly,{H7561} and have rebelled,{H4775} even turning aside{H5493} from thy precepts{H4687} and from thine ordinances;{H4941} 6 neither have we hearkened{H8085} unto thy servants{H5650} the prophets,{H5030} that spake{H1696} in thy name{H8034} to our kings,{H4428} our princes,{H8269} and our fathers,{H1} and to all the people{H5971} of the land.{H776} 7 O Lord,{H136} righteousness{H6666} belongeth unto thee, but unto us confusion{H1322} of face,{H6440} as at this day;{H3117} to the men{H376} of Judah,{H3063} and to the inhabitants{H3427} of Jerusalem,{H3389} and unto all Israel,{H3478} that are near,{H7138} and that are far off,{H7350} through all the countries{H776} whither thou hast driven{H5080} them, because of their trespass{H4604} that they have trespassed{H4603} against thee. 8 O Lord,{H136} to us belongeth confusion{H1322} of face,{H6440} to our kings,{H4428} to our princes,{H8269} and to our fathers,{H1} because we have sinned{H2398} against thee. 9 To the Lord{H136} our God{H430} belong mercies{H7356} and forgiveness;{H5547} for we have rebelled{H4775} against him; 10 neither have we obeyed{H8085} the voice{H6963} of Jehovah{H3068} our God,{H430} to walk{H3212} in his laws,{H8451} which he set{H5414} before{H6440} us by{H3027} his servants{H5650} the prophets.{H5030} 11 Yea, all Israel{H3478} have transgressed{H5674} thy law,{H8451} even turning aside,{H5493} that they should not obey{H8085} thy voice:{H6963} therefore hath the curse{H423} been poured{H5413} out upon us, and the oath{H7621} that is written{H3789} in the law{H8451} of Moses{H4872} the servant{H5650} of God;{H430} for we have sinned{H2398} against him. 12 And he hath confirmed{H6965} his words,{H1697} which he spake{H1696} against us, and against our judges{H8199} that judged{H8199} us, by bringing{H935} upon us a great{H1419} evil;{H7451} for under the whole heaven{H8064} hath not been done{H6213} as hath been done{H6213} upon Jerusalem.{H3389}

Judg 2:11-20 : 11 And the children{H1121} of Israel{H3478} did{H6213} that which was evil{H7451} in the sight{H5869} of Jehovah,{H3068} and served{H5647} the Baalim;{H1168} 12 and they forsook{H5800} Jehovah,{H3068} the God{H430} of their fathers,{H1} who brought them out{H3318} of the land{H776} of Egypt,{H4714} and followed{H3212} other{H312} gods,{H430} of the gods{H430} of the peoples{H5971} that were round about{H5439} them, and bowed{H7812} themselves down unto them: and they provoked Jehovah{H3068} to anger.{H3707} 13 And they forsook{H5800} Jehovah,{H3068} and served{H5647} Baal{H1168} and the Ashtaroth.{H6252} 14 And the anger{H639} of Jehovah{H3068} was kindled{H2734} against Israel,{H3478} and he delivered{H5414} them into the hands{H3027} of spoilers{H8154} that despoiled{H8155} them; and he sold{H4376} them into the hands{H3027} of their enemies{H341} round about,{H5439} so that they could{H3201} not any longer{H5750} stand{H5975} before{H6440} their enemies.{H341} 15 Whithersoever they went out,{H3318} the hand{H3027} of Jehovah{H3068} was against them for evil,{H7451} as Jehovah{H3068} had spoken,{H1696} and as Jehovah{H3068} had sworn{H7650} unto them: and they were sore{H3966} distressed.{H3334} 16 And Jehovah{H3068} raised up{H6965} judges,{H8199} who saved{H3467} them out of the hand{H3027} of those that despoiled{H8154} them. 17 And yet they hearkened{H8085} not unto their judges;{H8199} for they played the harlot{H2181} after{H310} other{H312} gods,{H430} and bowed{H7812} themselves down unto them: they turned{H5493} aside quickly{H4118} out of the way{H1870} wherein their fathers{H1} walked,{H1980} obeying{H8085} the commandments{H4687} of Jehovah;{H3068} [but] they did{H6213} not so. 18 And when Jehovah{H3068} raised{H6965} them up judges,{H8199} then Jehovah{H3068} was with the judge,{H8199} and saved{H3467} them out of the hand{H3027} of their enemies{H341} all the days{H3117} of the judge:{H8199} for it repented{H5162} Jehovah{H3068} because{H6440} of their groaning{H5009} by reason of them that oppressed{H3905} them and vexed{H1766} them. 19 But it came to pass, when the judge{H8199} was dead,{H4194} that they turned{H7725} back, and dealt more corruptly{H7843} than their fathers,{H1} in following{H3212} other{H312} gods{H430} to serve{H5647} them, and to bow down{H7812} unto them; they ceased{H5307} not from their doings,{H4611} nor from their stubborn{H7186} way.{H1870} 20 And the anger{H639} of Jehovah{H3068} was kindled{H2734} against Israel;{H3478} and he said,{H559} Because this nation{H1471} have transgressed{H5674} my covenant{H1285} which I commanded{H6680} their fathers,{H1} and have not hearkened{H8085} unto my voice;{H6963}
Judg 10:6 : 6 And the children{H1121} of Israel{H3478} again{H3254} did{H6213} that which was evil{H7451} in the sight{H5869} of Jehovah,{H3068} and served{H5647} the Baalim,{H1168} and the Ashtaroth,{H6252} and the gods{H430} of Syria,{H758} and the gods{H430} of Sidon,{H6721} and the gods{H430} of Moab,{H4124} and the gods{H430} of the children{H1121} of Ammon,{H5983} and the gods{H430} of the Philistines;{H6430} and they forsook{H5800} Jehovah,{H3068} and served{H5647} him not.
