three{H7969} branches{H7070} of the candlestick{H4501} out of the one{H259} side{H6654} thereof, and three{H7969} branches{H7070} of the candlestick{H4501} out of the other{H8145} side{H6654} thereof: 19 three{H7969} cups{H1375} made like almond-blossoms{H8246} in one{H259} branch,{H7070} a knop{H3730} and a flower,{H6525} and three{H7969} cups{H1375} made like almond-blossoms{H8246} in the other{H259} branch,{H7070} a knop{H3730} and a flower:{H6525} so for the six{H8337} branches{H7070} going out{H3318} of the candlestick.{H4501} 20 And in the candlestick{H4501} were four{H702} cups{H1375} made like almond-blossoms,{H8246} the knops{H3730} thereof, and the flowers{H6525} thereof; 21 and a knop{H3730} under two{H8147} branches{H7070} of one piece with it, and a knop{H3730} under two{H8147} branches{H7070} of one piece with it, and a knop{H3730} under two{H8147} branches{H7070} of one piece with it, for the six{H8337} branches{H7070} going out{H3318} of it. 22 Their knops{H3730} and their branches{H7070} were of one piece with it: the whole of it was one{H259} beaten work{H4749} of pure{H2889} gold.{H2091} 23 And he made{H6213} the lamps{H5216} thereof, seven,{H7651} and the snuffers{H4457} thereof, and the snuffdishes{H4289} thereof, of pure{H2889} gold.{H2091} 24 Of a talent{H3603} of pure{H2889} gold{H2091} made{H6213} he it, and all the vessels{H3627} thereof. 25 And he made{H6213} the altar{H4196} of incense{H7004} of acacia{H7848} wood:{H6086} a cubit{H520} was the length{H753} thereof, and a cubit{H520} the breadth{H7341} thereof, foursquare;{H7251} and two cubits{H520} was the height{H6967} thereof; of Levi,{H3878} by their families,{H4940} by their fathers'{H1} houses,{H1004} 3 from thirty{H7970} years{H8141} old{H1121} and upward{H4605} even until fifty{H2572} years{H8141} old,{H1121} all that enter{H935} upon the service,{H6635} to do{H6213} the work{H4399} in the tent{H168} of meeting.{H4150} 4 This is the service{H5656} of the sons{H1121} of Kohath{H6955} in the tent{H168} of meeting,{H4150} [about] the most{H6944} holy things:{H6944} 5 when the camp{H4264} setteth forward,{H5265} Aaron{H175} shall go in,{H935} and his sons,{H1121} and they shall take down{H3381} the veil{H6532} of the screen,{H4539} and cover{H3680} the ark{H727} of the testimony{H5715} with it, 6 and shall put{H5414} thereon a covering{H3681} of{H8476} sealskin,{H5785} and shall spread{H6566} over{H4605} it a cloth{H899} all{H3632} of blue,{H8504} and shall put{H7760} in the staves{H905} thereof. 7 And upon the table{H7979} of showbread{H6440} they shall spread{H6566} a cloth{H899} of blue,{H8504} and put{H5414} thereon the dishes,{H7086} and the spoons,{H3709} and the bowls{H4518} and the cups{H7184} wherewith{H5262} to pour out; and the continual{H8548} bread{H3899} shall be thereon: 8 and they shall spread{H6566} upon them a cloth{H899} of scarlet,{H8438} and cover{H3680} the same with a covering{H4372} of{H8476} sealskin,{H5785} and shall put{H7760} in the staves{H905} thereof. 9 And they shall take{H3947} a cloth{H899} of blue,{H8504} and cover{H3680} the candlestick{H4501} of the light,{H3974} and its lamps,{H5216} and its snuffers,{H4457} and its snuffdishes,{H4289} and all the oil{H8081} vessels{H3627} thereof, wherewith they minister{H8334} unto it: 10 and they shall put{H5414} it and all the vessels{H3627} thereof within a covering{H4372} of{H8476} sealskin,{H5785} and shall put{H5414} it upon the frame.{H4132} 11 And upon the golden{H2091} altar{H4196} they shall spread{H6566} a cloth{H899} of blue,{H8504} and cover{H3680} it with a covering{H4372} of{H8476} sealskin,{H5785} and shall put{H7760} in the staves{H905} thereof: 12 and they shall take{H3947} all the vessels{H3627} of ministry,{H8335} wherewith they minister{H8334} in the sanctuary,{H6944} and put{H5414} them in a cloth{H899} of blue,{H8504} and cover{H3680} them with a covering{H4372} of{H8476} sealskin,{H5785} and shall put{H5414} them on the frame.{H4132} 13 And they shall take away the ashes{H1878} from the altar,{H4196} and spread{H6566} a purple{H713} cloth{H899} thereon: 14 and they shall put{H5414} upon it all the vessels{H3627} thereof, wherewith they minister{H8334} about it, the firepans,{H4289} the flesh-hooks,{H4207} and the shovels,{H3257} and the basins,{H4219} all the vessels{H3627} of the altar;{H4196} and they shall spread{H6566} upon it a covering{H3681} of{H8476} sealskin,{H5785} and put{H7760} in the staves{H905} thereof. 15 And when Aaron{H175} and his sons{H1121} have made an end{H3615} of covering{H3680} the sanctuary,{H6944} and all the furniture{H3627} of the sanctuary,{H6944} as the camp{H4264} is set forward;{H5265} after{H310} that, the sons{H1121} of Kohath{H6955} shall come{H935} to bear{H5375} it: but they shall not touch{H5060} the sanctuary,{H6944} lest they die.{H4191} These things are the burden{H4853} of the sons{H1121} of Kohath{H6955} in the tent{H168} of meeting.{H4150} 16 And the charge{H6486} of Eleazar{H499} the son{H1121} of Aaron{H175} the priest{H3548} shall be the oil{H8081} for the light,{H3974} and the sweet{H5561} incense,{H7004} and the continual{H8548} meal-offering,{H4503} and the anointing{H4888} oil,{H8081} the charge{H6486} of all the tabernacle,{H4908} and of all that therein is, the sanctuary,{H6944} and the furniture{H3627} thereof. 17 And Jehovah{H3068} spake{H1696} unto Moses{H4872} and unto Aaron,{H175} saying,{H559} 18 Cut ye not off{H3772} the tribe{H7626} of the families{H4940} of the Kohathites{H6956} from among{H8432} the Levites;{H3881} 19 but thus do{H6213} unto them, that they may live,{H2421} and not die,{H4191} when they approach{H5066} unto the most{H6944} holy things:{H6944} Aaron{H175} and his sons{H1121} shall go in,{H935} and appoint{H7760} them every{H376} one{H376} to his service{H5656} and to his burden;{H4853} 20 but they shall not go in{H935} to see{H7200} the sanctuary{H6944} even for a moment,{H1104} lest they die.{H4191} 21 And Jehovah{H3068} spake{H1696} unto Moses,{H4872} saying,{H559} 22 Take{H5375} the sum{H7218} of the sons{H1121} of Gershon{H1648} also, by their fathers'{H1} houses,{H1004} by their families;{H4940} 23 from thirty{H7970} years{H8141} old{H1121} and upward{H4605} until fifty{H2572} years{H8141} old{H1121} shalt thou number{H6485} them; all that enter in{H935} to wait{H6633} upon the service,{H6635} to do{H5647} the work{H5656} in the tent{H168} of meeting.{H4150} 24 This is the service{H5656} of the families{H4940} of the Gershonites,{H1649} in serving{H5647} and in bearing burdens:{H4853} 25 they shall bear{H5375} the curtains{H3407} of the tabernacle,{H4908} and the tent{H4908} of meeting,{H4150} its covering,{H4372} and the covering{H4372} of sealskin{H8476} that is above{H4605} upon it, and the screen{H4539} for the door{H6607} of the tent{H168} of meeting,{H4150} 26 and the hangings{H7050} of the court,{H2691} and the screen{H4539} for the door{H6607} of the gate{H8179} of the court,{H2691} which is by the tabernacle{H4908} and by the altar{H4196} round about,{H5439} and their cords,{H4340} and all the instruments{H3627} of their service,{H5656} and whatsoever shall be done{H6213} with them: therein shall they serve.{H5647} 27 At the commandment{H6310} of Aaron{H175} and his sons{H1121} shall be all the service{H5656} of the sons{H1121} of the Gershonites,{H1649} in all their burden,{H4853} and in all their service;{H5656} and ye shall appoint{H6485} unto them in charge{H4931} all their burden.{H4853} 28 This is the service{H5656} of the families{H4940} of the sons{H1121} of the Gershonites{H1649} in the tent{H168} of meeting:{H4150} and their charge{H4931} shall be under the hand{H3027} of Ithamar{H385} the son{H1121} of Aaron{H175} the priest.{H3548} 29 As for the sons{H1121} of Merari,{H4847} thou shalt number{H6485} them by their families,{H4940} by their fathers'{H1} houses;{H1004} 30 from thirty{H7970} years{H8141} old{H1121} and upward{H4605} even unto fifty{H2572} years{H8141} old{H1121} shalt thou number{H6485} them, every one that entereth{H935} upon the service,{H6635} to do{H5647} the work{H5656} of the tent{H168} of meeting.{H4150} 31 And this is the charge{H4931} of their burden,{H4853} according to all their service{H5656} in the tent{H168} of meeting:{H4150} the boards{H7175} of the tabernacle,{H4908} and the bars{H1280} thereof, and the pillars{H5982} thereof, and the sockets{H134} thereof, 32 and the pillars{H5982} of the court{H2691} round about,{H5439} and their sockets,{H134} and their pins,{H3489} and their cords,{H4340} with all their instruments,{H3627} and with all their service:{H5656} and by name{H8034} ye shall appoint{H6485} the instruments{H3627} of the charge{H4931} of their burden.{H4853} 33 This is the service{H5656} of the families{H4940} of the sons{H1121} of Merari,{H4847} according to all their service,{H5656} in the tent{H168} of meeting,{H4150} under the hand{H3027} of Ithamar{H385} the son{H1121} of Aaron{H175} the priest.{H3548} 34 And Moses{H4872} and Aaron{H175} and the princes{H5387} of the congregation{H5712} numbered{H6485} the sons{H1121} of the Kohathites{H6956} by their families,{H4940} and by their fathers'{H1} houses,{H1004} 35 from thirty{H7970} years{H8141} old{H1121} and upward{H4605} even unto fifty{H2572} years{H8141} old,{H1121} every one that entered{H935} upon the service,{H6635} for work{H5656} in the tent{H168} of meeting:{H4150} 36 and those that were numbered{H6485} of them by their families{H4940} were two thousand{H505} seven{H7651} hundred{H3967} and fifty.{H2572} 37 These are they that were numbered{H6485} of the families{H4940} of the Kohathites,{H6956} all that did serve{H5647} in the tent{H168} of meeting,{H4150} whom Moses{H4872} and Aaron{H175} numbered{H6485} according to the commandment{H6310} of Jehovah{H3068} by{H3027} Moses.{H4872} 38 And those that were numbered{H6485} of the sons{H1121} of Gershon,{H1648} their families,{H4940} and by their fathers'{H1} houses,{H1004} 39 from thirty{H7970} years{H8141} old{H1121} and upward{H4605} even unto fifty{H2572} years{H8141} old,{H1121} every one that entered{H935} upon the service,{H6635} for work{H5656} in the tent{H168} of meeting,{H4150} 40 even those that were numbered{H6485} of them, by their families,{H4940} by their fathers'{H1} houses,{H1004} were two thousand{H505} and six{H8337} hundred{H3967} and thirty.{H7970} 41 These are they that were numbered{H6485} of the families{H4940} of the sons{H1121} of Gershon,{H1648} all that did serve{H5647} in the tent{H168} of meeting,{H4150} whom Moses{H4872} and Aaron{H175} numbered{H6485} according to the commandment{H6310} of Jehovah.{H3068} 42 And those that were numbered{H6485} of the families{H4940} of the sons{H1121} of Merari,{H4847} by their families,{H4940} by their fathers'{H1} houses,{H1004} 43 from thirty{H7970} years{H8141} old{H1121} and upward{H4605} even unto fifty{H2572} years{H8141} old,{H1121} every one that entered{H935} upon the service,{H6635} for work{H5656} in the tent{H168} of meeting,{H4150} 44 even those that were numbered{H6485} of them by their families,{H4940} were three{H7969} thousand{H505} and two hundred.{H3967} 45 These are they that were numbered{H6485} of the families{H4940} of the sons{H1121} of Merari,{H4847} whom Moses{H4872} and Aaron{H175} numbered{H6485} according to the commandment{H6310} of Jehovah{H3068} by{H3027} Moses.{H4872} 46 All those that were numbered{H6485} of the Levites,{H3881} whom Moses{H4872} and Aaron{H175} and the princes{H5387} of Israel{H3478} numbered,{H6485} by their families,{H4940} and by their fathers'{H1} houses,{H1004} 47 from thirty{H7970} years{H8141} old{H1121} and upward{H4605} even unto fifty{H2572} years{H8141} old,{H1121} every one that entered{H935} in to do{H5647} the work{H5656} of service,{H5656} and the work of bearing burdens{H4853} in the tent{H168} of meeting,{H4150} 48 even those that were numbered{H6485} of them, were eight{H8083} thousand{H505} and five{H2568} hundred{H3967} and fourscore.{H8084} 49 According to the commandment{H6310} of Jehovah{H3068} they were numbered{H6485} by{H3027} Moses,{H4872} every{H376} one{H376} according to his service,{H5656} and according to his burden:{H4853} thus were they numbered{H6485} of him, as Jehovah{H3068} commanded{H6680} Moses.{H4872}

1 Kgs 6:1-8 : 1 And it came to pass in the four{H702} hundred{H3967} and eightieth{H8084} year{H8141} after the children{H1121} of Israel{H3478} were come out{H3318} of the land{H776} of Egypt,{H4714} in the fourth{H7243} year{H8141} of Solomon's{H8010} reign{H4427} over Israel,{H3478} in the month{H2320} Ziv,{H2099} which is the second{H8145} month,{H2320} that he began to build{H1129} the house{H1004} of Jehovah.{H3068} 2 And the house{H1004} which king{H4428} Solomon{H8010} built{H1129} for Jehovah,{H3068} the length{H753} thereof was threescore{H8346} cubits,{H520} and the breadth{H7341} thereof twenty{H6242} [cubits], and the height{H6967} thereof thirty{H7970} cubits.{H520} 3 And the porch{H197} before{H6440} the temple{H1964} of the house,{H1004} twenty{H6242} cubits{H520} was the length{H753} thereof, according to the breadth{H7341} of the house;{H1004} [and] ten{H6235} cubits{H520} was the breadth{H7341} thereof before the house.{H1004} 4 And for the house{H1004} he made{H6213} windows{H2474} of fixed{H331} lattice-work.{H8261} 5 And against the wall{H7023} of the house{H1004} he built{H1129} stories{H3326} round about,{H5439} against the walls{H7023} of the house{H1004} round about,{H5439} both of the temple{H1964} and of the oracle;{H1687} and he made{H6213} side-chambers{H6763} round about.{H5439} 6 The nethermost{H8481} story{H3326} was five{H2568} cubits{H520} broad,{H7341} and the middle{H8484} was six{H8337} cubits{H520} broad,{H7341} and the third{H7992} was seven{H7651} cubits{H520} broad;{H7341} for on the outside he made{H5414} offsets{H4052} [in the wall] of{H2351} the house{H1004} round about,{H5439} that [the beams] should not have hold{H270} in the walls{H7023} of the house.{H1004} 7 And the house,{H1004} when it was in building,{H1129} was built{H1129} of stone{H68} made ready{H8003} at the quarry;{H4551} and there was neither hammer{H4717} nor axe{H1631} nor any tool{H3627} of iron{H1270} heard{H8085} in the house,{H1004} while it was in building.{H1129} 8 The door{H6607} for the middle{H8484} side-chambers{H6763} was in the right{H3233} side{H3802} of the house:{H1004} and they went up{H5927} by winding stairs{H3883} into the middle{H8484} [story], and out of the middle{H8484} into the third.{H7992}
2 Chr 3:1-4 : 1 Then Solomon{H8010} began{H2490} to build{H1129} the house{H1004} of Jehovah{H3068} at Jerusalem{H3389} on mount{H2022} Moriah,{H4179} where [Jehovah] appeared{H7200} unto David{H1732} his father,{H1} which he made ready in the place{H4725} that David{H1732} had appointed,{H3559} in the threshing-floor{H1637} of Ornan{H771} the Jebusite.{H2983} 2 And he began{H2490} to build{H1129} in the second{H8145} [day] of the second{H8145} month,{H2320} in the fourth{H702} year{H8141} of his reign.{H4438} 3 Now these are the foundations which Solomon{H8010} laid{H3245} for the building{H1129} of the house{H1004} of God.{H430} The length{H753} by cubits{H520} after the first{H7223} measure{H4060} was threescore{H8346} cubits,{H520} and the breadth{H7341} twenty{H6242} cubits.{H520} 4 And the porch{H197} that was before{H6440} [the house], the length{H753} of it, according to the breadth{H7341} of the house,{H1004} was twenty{H6242} cubits,{H520} and the height{H1363} a hundred{H3967} and twenty;{H6242} and he overlaid{H6823} it within{H6441} with pure{H2889} gold.{H2091}
Ezra 5:1-2 : 1 Now the prophets,{H5029} Haggai{H2292} the prophet,{H5029} and Zechariah{H2148} the son{H1247} of Iddo,{H5714} prophesied{H5013} unto{H5922} the Jews{H3062} that were in Judah{H3061} and Jerusalem;{H3390} in the name{H8036} of the God{H426} of Israel{H3479} [prophesied they] unto{H5922} them. 2 Then{H116} rose up{H6966} Zerubbabel{H2217} the son{H1247} of Shealtiel,{H7598} and Jeshua{H3443} the son{H1247} of Jozadak,{H3136} and began{H8271} to build{H1124} the house{H1005} of God{H426} which is at Jerusalem;{H3390} and with them{H5974} were the prophets{H5029} of God,{H426} helping{H5583} them.

and they have defiled{H2930} my holy{H6944} name{H8034} by their abominations{H8441} which they have committed:{H6213} wherefore I have consumed{H3615} them in mine anger.{H639} 9 Now let them put away{H7368} their whoredom,{H2184} and the dead bodies{H6297} of their kings,{H4428} far{H7368} from me; and I will dwell{H7931} in the midst{H8432} of them for ever.{H5769} 10 Thou, son{H1121} of man,{H120} show{H5046} the house{H1004} to the house{H1004} of Israel,{H3478} that they may be ashamed{H3637} of their iniquities;{H5771} and let them measure{H4058} the pattern.{H8508} 11 And if they be ashamed{H3637} of all that they have done,{H6213} make known{H3045} unto them the form{H6699} of the house,{H1004} and the fashion{H8498} thereof, and the egresses{H4161} thereof, and the entrances{H4126} thereof, and all the forms{H6699} thereof, and all the ordinances{H2708} thereof, and all the forms{H6699} thereof, and all the laws{H8451} thereof; and write{H3789} it in their sight;{H5869} that they may keep{H8104} the whole form{H6699} thereof, and all the ordinances{H2708} thereof, and do{H6213} them. 12 This is the law{H8451} of the house:{H1004} upon the top{H7218} of the mountain{H2022} the whole limit{H1366} thereof round about{H5439} shall be most{H6944} holy.{H6944} Behold, this is the law{H8451} of the house.{H1004} 13 And these are the measures{H4060} of the altar{H4196} by cubits{H520} (the cubit{H520} is a cubit{H520} and a handbreadth):{H2948} the bottom{H2436} shall be a cubit,{H520} and the breadth{H7341} a cubit,{H520} and the border{H1366} thereof by the edge{H8193} thereof round about{H5439} a{H259} span;{H2239} and this shall be the base{H1354} of the altar.{H4196} 14 And from the bottom{H2436} upon the ground{H776} to the lower{H8481} ledge{H5835} shall be two{H8147} cubits,{H520} and the breadth{H7341} one{H259} cubit;{H520} and from the lesser{H6996} ledge{H5835} to the greater{H1419} ledge{H5835} shall be four{H702} cubits,{H520} and the breadth{H7341} a cubit.{H520} 15 And the upper altar{H741} shall be four{H702} cubits;{H520} and from the altar{H741} hearth and upward{H4605} there shall be four{H702} horns.{H7161} 16 And the altar{H741} hearth shall be twelve{H8147} [cubits] long{H753} by twelve{H8147} broad,{H7341} square{H7251} in the four{H702} sides{H7253} thereof. 17 And the ledge{H5835} shall be fourteen{H702} [cubits] long{H753} by fourteen{H702} broad{H7341} in the four{H702} sides{H7253} thereof; and the border{H1366} about{H5439} it shall be half{H2677} a cubit;{H520} and the bottom{H2436} thereof shall be a cubit{H520} round about;{H5439} and the steps{H4609} thereof shall look{H6437} toward the east.{H6921} 18 And he said{H559} unto me, Son{H1121} of man,{H120} thus saith{H559} the Lord{H136} Jehovah:{H3069} These are the ordinances{H2708} of the altar{H4196} in the day{H3117} when they shall make{H6213} it, to offer{H5927} burnt-offerings{H5930} thereon, and to sprinkle{H2236} blood{H1818} thereon. 19 Thou shalt give{H5414} to the priests{H3548} the Levites{H3881} that are of the seed{H2233} of Zadok,{H6659} who are near{H7138} unto me, to minister{H8334} unto me, saith{H5002} the Lord{H136} Jehovah,{H3069} a young{H1121} bullock{H6499} for a sin-offering.{H2403} 20 And thou shalt take{H3947} of the blood{H1818} thereof, and put{H5414} it on the four{H702} horns{H7161} of it, and on the four{H702} corners{H6438} of the ledge,{H5835} and upon the border{H1366} round about:{H5439} thus shalt thou cleanse{H2398} it and make atonement{H3722} for it. 21 Thou shalt also take{H3947} the bullock{H6499} of the sin-offering,{H2403} and it shall be burnt{H8313} in the appointed place{H4662} of the house,{H1004} without{H2351} the sanctuary.{H4720} 22 And on the second{H8145} day{H3117} thou shalt offer{H7126} a{H8163} he-goat{H5795} without blemish{H8549} for a sin-offering;{H2403} and they shall cleanse{H2398} the altar,{H4196} as they did cleanse{H2398} it with the bullock.{H6499} 23 When thou hast made an end{H3615} of cleansing{H2398} it, thou shalt offer{H7126} a young{H1121} bullock{H6499} without blemish,{H8549} and a ram{H352} out of the flock{H6629} without blemish.{H8549} 24 And thou shalt bring{H7126} them near before{H6440} Jehovah,{H3068} and the priests{H3548} shall cast{H7993} salt{H4417} upon them, and they shall offer them up{H5927} for a burnt-offering{H5930} unto Jehovah.{H3068} 25 Seven{H7651} days{H3117} shalt thou prepare{H6213} every day{H3117} a goat{H8163} for a sin-offering:{H2403} they shall also prepare{H6213} a young{H1121} bullock,{H6499} and a ram{H352} out of the flock,{H6629} without blemish.{H8549} 26 Seven{H7651} days{H3117} shall they make atonement{H3722} for the altar{H4196} and purify{H3722} it; so shall they consecrate it.{H4390} 27 And when they have accomplished{H3615} the days,{H3117} it shall be that upon the eighth{H8066} day,{H3117} and forward,{H1973} the priests{H3548} shall make{H6213} your burnt-offerings{H8002} upon the altar,{H4196} and your peace-offerings;{H5930} and I will accept{H7521} you, saith{H5002} the Lord{H136} Jehovah.{H3069}
