the children{H1121} of Hakkoz,{H6976} the children{H1121} of Barzillai,{H1271} who took{H3947} a wife{H802} of the daughters{H1323} of Barzillai{H1271} the Gileadite,{H1569} and was called{H7121} after their name.{H8034} 62 These sought{H1245} their register{H3791} [among] those that were reckoned by genealogy,{H3187} but they were not found:{H4672} therefore were they deemed polluted{H1351} and put from the priesthood.{H3550} 63 And the governor{H8660} said{H559} unto them, that they should not eat{H398} of the most{H6944} holy things,{H6944} till there stood up{H5975} a priest{H3548} with Urim{H224} and with Thummim.{H8550} 64 The whole assembly{H6951} together{H259} was forty{H702} and two thousand{H505} three{H7969} hundred{H3967} and threescore,{H8346} 65 besides their men-servants{H5650} and their maid-servants,{H519} of whom there were seven{H7651} thousand{H505} three{H7969} hundred{H3967} thirty{H7970} and seven:{H7651} and they had{H428} two hundred{H3967} up{H5975} in its place:{H4349} 69 they gave{H5414} after their ability{H3581} into the treasury{H214} of the work{H4399} threescore{H8337} and one thousand{H505} darics{H1871} of gold,{H2091} and five{H2568} thousand{H505} pounds{H4488} of silver,{H3701} and one hundred{H3967} priests'{H3548} garments.{H3801} 70 So the priests,{H3548} and the Levites,{H3881} and some of the people,{H5971} and the singers,{H7891} and the porters,{H7778} and the Nethinim,{H5411} dwelt{H3427} in their cities,{H5892} and all Israel{H3478} in their cities.{H5892}
Ezra 5:8 : 8 Be it known{H1934} unto the king,{H4430} that we went{H236} into the province{H4083} of Judah,{H3061} to the house{H1005} of the great{H7229} God,{H426} which is builded{H1124} with great{H1560} stones,{H69} and timber{H636} is laid{H7761} in the walls;{H3797} and this{H1791} work{H5673} goeth{H5648} on with diligence{H629} and prospereth{H6744} in their hands.{H3028}

Jer 39:1-9 : 1 And it came to pass when Jerusalem was taken, (in the ninth{H8671} year{H8141} of Zedekiah{H6667} king{H4428} of Judah,{H3063} in the tenth{H6224} month,{H2320} came{H935} Nebuchadrezzar{H5019} king{H4428} of Babylon{H894} and all his army{H2428} against Jerusalem,{H3389} and besieged{H6696} it; 2 in the eleventh{H6249} year{H8141} of Zedekiah,{H6667} in the fourth{H7243} month,{H2320} the ninth{H8672} day of the month,{H2320} a breach{H1234} was made in the city,){H5892} 3 that all the princes{H8269} of the king{H4428} of Babylon{H894} came in,{H935} and sat{H3427} in{H935} the middle{H8432} gate,{H8179} [to wit], Nergal-sharezer,{H5371} Samgar-nebo,{H5562} Sarsechim,{H8310} Rab-saris,{H7249} Nergal-sharezer,{H5371} Rab-mag,{H7248} with all the rest of the princes{H8269} of the king{H4428} of Babylon.{H894} 4 And it came to pass that, when Zedekiah{H6667} the king{H4428} of Judah{H3063} and all the men{H582} of war{H4421} saw{H7200} them, then they fled,{H1272} and went forth{H3318} out{H3318} of the city{H5892} by night,{H3915} by the way{H1870} of the king's{H4428} garden,{H1588} through the gate{H8179} betwixt the two walls;{H2346} and he went out{H3318} toward the Arabah.{H6160} 5 But the army{H2428} of the Chaldeans{H3778} pursued{H7291} after{H310} them, and overtook{H5381} Zedekiah{H6667} in the plains{H6160} of Jericho:{H3405} and when they had taken{H3947} him, they brought{H3947} him up{H5927} to Nebuchadrezzar king{H4428} of Babylon{H894} to Riblah{H7247} in the land{H776} of Hamath;{H2574} and he gave{H1696} judgment{H4941} upon him. 6 Then the king{H4428} of Babylon{H894} slew{H7819} the sons{H1121} of Zedekiah{H6667} in Riblah{H7247} before his eyes:{H5869} also the king{H4428} of Babylon{H894} slew{H7819} all the nobles{H2715} of Judah.{H3063} 7 Moreover he put out{H5786} Zedekiah's{H6667} eyes,{H5869} and bound{H631} him in fetters,{H5178} to carry{H935} him to Babylon.{H894} 8 And the Chaldeans{H3778} burned{H8313} the king's{H4428} house,{H1004} and the houses{H1004} of the people,{H5971} with fire,{H784} and brake down{H5422} the walls{H2346} of Jerusalem.{H3389} 9 Then Nebuzaradan{H5018} the captain{H7227} of the guard{H2876} carried away captive{H1540} into Babylon{H894} the residue{H3499} of the people{H5971} that remained{H7604} in the city,{H5892} the deserters also that fell{H5307} away{H5307} to him, and the residue{H3499} of the people{H5971} that remained.{H7604} 10 But Nebuzaradan{H5018} the captain{H7227} of the guard{H2876} left{H7604} of the poor{H1800} of the people,{H5971} that had nothing,{H3972} in the land{H776} of Judah,{H3063} and gave{H5414} them vineyards{H3754} and fields{H3010} at the same time.{H3117} 11 Now Nebuchadrezzar{H5019} king{H4428} of Babylon{H894} gave charge{H6680} concerning Jeremiah{H3414} to{H3027} Nebuzaradan{H5018} the captain{H7227} of the guard,{H2876} saying,{H559} 12 Take{H3947} him, and look well{H5869} to him, and do{H6213} him no harm;{H3972} but do{H6213} unto him even as he shall say{H1696} unto thee. 13 So Nebuzaradan{H5018} the captain{H7227} of the guard{H2876} sent,{H7971} and Nebushazban,{H5021} Rab-saris,{H7249} and Nergal-sharezer,{H5371} Rab-mag,{H7248} and all the chief officers{H7227} of the king{H4428} of Babylon;{H894} 14 they sent,{H7971} and took{H3947} Jeremiah{H3414} out of the court{H2691} of the guard,{H4307} and committed{H5414} him unto Gedaliah{H1436} the son{H1121} of Ahikam,{H296} the son{H1121} of Shaphan,{H8227} that he should carry{H3318} him home:{H1004} so he dwelt{H3427} among{H8432} the people.{H5971} 15 Now the word{H1697} of Jehovah{H3068} came unto Jeremiah,{H3414} while he was shut up{H6113} in the court{H2691} of the guard,{H4307} saying,{H559} 16 Go,{H1980} and speak{H559} to Ebed-melech{H5663} the Ethiopian,{H3569} saying,{H559} Thus saith{H559} Jehovah{H3068} of hosts,{H6635} the God{H430} of Israel:{H3478} Behold, I will bring{H935} my words{H1697} upon this city{H5892} for evil,{H7451} and not for good;{H2896} and they shall be accomplished before{H6440} thee in that day.{H3117} 17 But I will deliver{H5337} thee in that day,{H3117} saith{H5002} Jehovah;{H3068} and thou shalt not be given{H5414} into the hand{H3027} of the men{H582} of whom{H6440} thou art afraid.{H3016} 18 For I will surely{H4422} save{H4422} thee, and thou shalt not fall{H5307} by the sword,{H2719} but thy life{H5315} shall be for a prey{H7998} unto thee; because thou hast put thy trust{H982} in me, saith{H5002} Jehovah.{H3068}
Jer 52:1-9 : 1 Zedekiah{H6667} was one{H259} and twenty{H6242} years{H8141} old{H1121} when he began to reign;{H4427} and he reigned{H4427} eleven{H259} years{H8141} in Jerusalem:{H3389} and his mother's{H517} name{H8034} was Hamutal{H2537} the daughter{H1323} of Jeremiah{H3414} of Libnah.{H3841} 2 And he did{H6213} that which was evil{H7451} in the sight{H5869} of Jehovah,{H3068} according to all that Jehoiakim{H3079} had done.{H6213} 3 For through{H5921} the anger{H639} of Jehovah{H3068} did it come to pass in Jerusalem{H3389} and Judah,{H3063} until he had cast them out{H7993} from his presence.{H6440} And Zedekiah{H6667} rebelled{H4775} against the king{H4428} of Babylon.{H894} 4 And it came to pass in the ninth{H8671} year{H8141} of his reign,{H4427} in the tenth{H6224} month,{H2320} in the tenth{H6218} day of the month,{H2320} that Nebuchadrezzar{H5019} king{H4428} of Babylon{H894} came,{H935} he and all his army,{H2428} against Jerusalem,{H3389} and encamped{H2583} against it; and they built{H1129} forts{H1785} against it round about.{H5439} 5 So{H935} the city{H5892} was besieged{H4692} unto the eleventh{H6249} year{H8141} of king{H4428} Zedekiah.{H6667} 6 In the fourth{H7243} month,{H2320} in the ninth{H8672} day of the month,{H2320} the famine{H7458} was sore{H2388} in the city,{H5892} so that there was no bread{H3899} for the people{H5971} of the land.{H776} 7 Then a breach{H1234} was made in the city,{H5892} and all the men{H582} of war{H4421} fled,{H1272} and went forth{H3318} out{H3318} of the city{H5892} by night{H3915} by the way{H1870} of the gate{H8179} between the two walls,{H2346} which was by the king's{H4428} garden;{H1588} (now the Chaldeans{H3778} were against the city{H5892} round about;){H5439} and they went{H3212} toward the Arabah.{H6160} 8 But the army{H2428} of the Chaldeans{H3778} pursued{H7291} after{H310} the king,{H4428} and overtook{H5381} Zedekiah{H6667} in the plains{H6160} of Jericho;{H3405} and all his army{H2428} was scattered{H6327} from him. 9 Then they took{H8610} the king,{H4428} and carried him up{H5927} unto the king{H4428} of Babylon{H894} to Riblah{H7247} in the land{H776} of Hamath;{H2574} and he gave{H1696} judgment{H4941} upon him. 10 And the king{H4428} of Babylon{H894} slew{H7819} the sons{H1121} of Zedekiah{H6667} before his eyes:{H5869} he slew{H7819} also all the princes{H8269} of Judah{H3063} in Riblah.{H7247} 11 And he put out{H5786} the eyes{H5869} of Zedekiah;{H6667} and the king{H4428} of Babylon{H894} bound{H631} him in fetters,{H5178} and carried{H935} him to Babylon,{H894} and put{H5414} him in prison{H1004} till the day{H3117} of his death.{H4194} 12 Now in the fifth{H2549} month,{H2320} in the tenth{H6218} day of the month,{H2320} which was the nineteenth{H6240} year{H8141} of king{H4428} Nebuchadrezzar,{H5019} king{H4428} of Babylon,{H894} came{H935} Nebuzaradan{H5018} the captain{H7227} of the guard,{H2876} who stood before the king{H4428} of Babylon,{H894} into Jerusalem:{H3389} 13 and he burned{H8313} the house{H1004} of Jehovah,{H3068} and the king's{H4428} house;{H1004} and all the houses{H1004} of Jerusalem,{H3389} even every great{H1419} house,{H1004} burned{H8313} he with fire.{H784} 14 And all the army{H2428} of the Chaldeans,{H3778} that were with the captain{H7227} of the guard,{H2876} brake down{H5422} all the walls{H2346} of Jerusalem{H3389} round about.{H5439} 15 Then Nebuzaradan{H5018} the captain{H7227} of the guard{H2876} carried away captive{H1540} of the poorest{H1803} of the people,{H5971} and the residue{H3499} of the people{H5971} that were left{H7604} in the city,{H5892} and those that fell away,{H5307} that fell{H5307} to the king{H4428} of Babylon,{H894} and the residue{H3499} of the multitude.{H527} 16 But Nebuzaradan{H5018} the captain{H7227} of the guard{H2876} left{H7604} of the poorest{H1803} of the land{H776} to be vinedressers{H3755} and husbandmen.{H3009} 17 And the pillars{H5982} of brass{H5178} that were in the house{H1004} of Jehovah,{H3068} and the bases{H4350} and the brazen{H5178} sea{H3220} that were in the house{H1004} of Jehovah,{H3068} did the Chaldeans{H3778} break{H7665} in pieces, and carried{H5375} all the brass{H5178} of them to Babylon.{H894} 18 The pots{H5518} also, and the shovels,{H3257} and the snuffers,{H4212} and the basins,{H4219} and the spoons,{H3709} and all the vessels{H3627} of brass{H5178} wherewith they ministered,{H8334} took they away.{H3947} 19 And the cups,{H4219} and the firepans,{H4289} and the basins,{H5592} and the pots,{H5518} and the candlesticks,{H4501} and the spoons,{H3709} and the bowls—that{H4518} which was of gold,{H2091} in gold,{H2091} and that which was of silver,{H3701} in silver,—the{H3701} captain{H7227} of the guard{H2876} took{H3947} away.{H3947} 20 The two{H8147} pillars,{H5982} the one{H259} sea,{H3220} and the twelve{H8147} brazen{H5178} bulls{H1241} that were under the bases,{H4350} which king{H4428} Solomon{H8010} had made{H6213} for the house{H1004} of Jehovah—the{H3068} brass{H5178} of all these vessels{H3627} was without weight.{H4948} 21 And as for the pillars,{H5982} the height{H6967} of the one{H259} pillar{H5982} was eighteen{H8083} cubits;{H520} and a line{H2339} of twelve{H8147} cubits{H520} did compass{H5437} it; 2 Kgs 25:11 : 11 And the residue{H3499} of the people{H5971} that were left{H7604} in the city,{H5892} and those that fell away,{H5307} that fell to the king{H4428} of Babylon,{H894} and the residue{H3499} of the multitude,{H1995} did Nebuzaradan{H5018} the captain{H7227} of the guard{H2876} carry away{H1540} captive.{H5307}

people,{H5971} and on his dwelling-place:{H4583} 16 but they mocked{H3931} the messengers{H4397} of God,{H430} and despised{H959} his words,{H1697} and scoffed{H8591} at his prophets,{H5030} until the God,{H430} and brake down{H5422} the wall{H2346} of Jerusalem,{H3389} and burnt{H8313} all the palaces{H759} thereof with fire,{H784} and destroyed{H7843} all the goodly{H4261} vessels{H3627} thereof. 20 And them that had escaped{H7611} from the sword{H2719} carried he away{H1540} to Babylon;{H894} and they were servants{H5650} to him and his sons{H1121} until the reign{H4427} of the kingdom{H4438} lay desolate{H8074} it kept sabbath,{H7673} to fulfil{H4390} threescore and ten{H7657} years.{H8141} 22 Now in the first{H259} year{H8141} of Cyrus{H3566} king{H4428} of Persia,{H6539} that the word{H1697} of Jehovah{H3068} by the mouth{H6310} of Jeremiah{H3414} might be accomplished,{H3615} Jehovah{H3068} stirred up{H5782} the spirit{H7307} of Cyrus{H3566} king{H4428} of Persia,{H6539} so that he made a proclamation{H5674} throughout all his kingdom,{H4438} and [put it] also in writing,{H4385} saying,{H559} 23 Thus saith{H559} Cyrus{H3566} king{H4428} of Persia,{H6539} All the kingdoms{H4467} of the earth{H776} hath Jehovah,{H3068} the God{H430} of heaven,{H8064} given{H5414} me; and he hath charged{H6485} me to build{H1129} him a house{H1004} in Jerusalem,{H3389} which is in Judah.{H3063} Whosoever there is among you of all his people,{H5971} Jehovah{H3068} his God{H430} be with him, and let him go up.{H5927}
