Beasts and all cattle; insects and winged birds:

Jordens konger og alle folk; fyrster og alle jordens dommere:

Kings of the earth, and all peoples; rulers and all judges of the earth:

Unge menn og jomfruer; gamle menn og barn:

Young men and virgins; old men and children:

La dem gi ære til Herrens navn: for bare hans navn fortjener lovprisning: hans rike er over jorden og himmelen.

Let them give glory to the name of the Lord: for his name only is to be praised: his kingdom is over the earth and the heaven.

Han har reist sitt folks horn på høyden, for alle sine helliges pris; selv Israels barn, et folk som er nær ham. Lovpris Herren.

He has put on high the horn of his people, for the praise of all his saints; even the children of Israel, a people which is near to him. Let the Lord be praised.
