Verse 15

Against whom the chief priests and the rulers of the Jews made a statement when I was at Jerusalem, requesting me to give a decision against him.

Esth 3:9 : 9 If it is the king's pleasure, let a statement ordering their destruction be put in writing: and I will give to those responsible for the king's business, ten thousand talents of silver for the king's store-house.
Luke 18:3-5 : 3 And there was a widow in that town, and she kept on coming to him and saying, Give me my right against the man who has done me wrong. 4 And for a time he would not: but later, he said to himself, Though I have no fear of God or respect for man, 5 Because this widow is a trouble to me, I will give her her right; for if not, I will be completely tired out by her frequent coming.

Acts 25:1-3 : 1 So Festus, having come into that part of the country which was under his rule, after three days went up to Jerusalem from Caesarea. 2 And the chief priests and the chief men of the Jews made statements against Paul, 3 Requesting Festus to give effect to their design against him, and send him to Jerusalem, when they would be waiting to put him to death on the way.
