Verse 4

And Moses, crying out to the Lord, said, What am I to do to this people? they are almost ready to put me to death by stoning.

Num 14:10 : 10 But all the people said they were to be stoned. Then the glory of the Lord was seen in the Tent of meeting, before the eyes of all the children of Israel.
1 Sam 30:6 : 6 And David was greatly troubled; for the people were talking of stoning him, because their hearts were bitter, every man sorrowing for his sons and his daughters: but David made himself strong in the Lord his God.
