Verse 17

And the glory of the Lord was like a flame on the top of the mountain before the eyes of the children of Israel.

Exod 3:2 : 2 And the angel of the Lord was seen by him in a flame of fire coming out of a thorn-tree: and he saw that the tree was on fire, but it was not burned up.
Heb 12:29 : 29 For our God is an all-burning fire.
