Verse 26

Your boatmen have taken you into great waters: you have been broken by the east wind in the heart of the seas.

Ps 48:7 : 7 By you the ships of Tarshish are broken as by an east wind.
Jer 18:17 : 17 I will send them in flight, as from an east wind, before the attacker; I will let them see my back and not my face on the day of their downfall.
