Verse 10

Jacob is your name, but it will be so no longer; from now your name will be Israel; so he was named Israel.

Gen 17:5 : 5 No longer will your name be Abram, but Abraham, for I have made you the father of a number of nations.
Gen 17:15 : 15 And God said, As for Sarai, your wife, from now her name will be not Sarai, but Sarah.
Gen 32:27-28 : 27 Then he said, What is your name? And he said, Jacob. 28 And he said, Your name will no longer be Jacob, but Israel: for in your fight with God and with men you have overcome.
1 Kgs 18:31 : 31 And Elijah took twelve stones, the number of the tribes of the sons of Jacob, to whom the Lord had said, Israel will be your name:
2 Kgs 17:34 : 34 So to this day they go on in their old ways, not worshipping the Lord or keeping his orders or his ways or the law and the rule which the Lord gave to the children of Jacob, to whom he gave the name Israel;
