Verse 19

In that day there will be an altar to the Lord in the middle of the land of Egypt, and a pillar to the Lord at the edge of the land.

Gen 28:18 : 18 And early in the morning Jacob took the stone which had been under his head, and put it up as a pillar and put oil on it.
Josh 22:10 : 10 Now when they came to the country by Jordan in the land of Canaan, the children of Reuben and the children of Gad and the half-tribe of Manasseh put up there, by Jordan, a great altar, seen from far.
