Verse 12

Have you, from your earliest days, given orders to the morning, or made the dawn conscious of its place;

Ps 74:16 : 16 The day is yours and the night is yours: you made the light and the sun.
Ps 136:7-8 : 7 To him who made great lights: for his mercy is unchanging for ever. 8 The sun to have rule by day: for his mercy is unchanging for ever.
Ps 148:3-5 : 3 Give praise to him, you sun and moon: give praise to him, all you stars of light. 4 Give praise to him, you highest heavens, and you waters which are over the heavens. 5 Let them give praise to the name of the Lord: for he gave the order, and they were made.
Luke 1:78 : 78 Because of the loving mercies of our God, by which the dawn from heaven has come to us,
2 Pet 1:19 : 19 And so the words of the prophets are made more certain; and it is well for you to give attention to them as to a light shining in a dark place, till the dawn comes and the morning star is seen in your hearts;
Gen 1:5 : 5 Naming the light, Day, and the dark, Night. And there was evening and there was morning, the first day.

Job 38:4 : 4 Where were you when I put the earth on its base? Say, if you have knowledge.
