Lifting up our hearts with our hands to God in the heavens.

Ps 25:1 : 1 <Of David.> To you, O Lord, my soul is lifted up.
Ps 28:2 : 2 Give ear to the voice of my prayer, when I am crying to you, when my hands are lifted up to your holy place.
Ps 141:2 : 2 Let my prayer be ordered before you like a sweet smell; and let the lifting up of my hands be like the evening offering.
Ps 143:6-8 : 6 My hands are stretched out to you: my soul is turned to you, like a land in need of water. (Selah.) 7 Be quick in answering me, O Lord, for the strength of my spirit is gone: let me see your face, so that I may not be like those who go down into the underworld. 8 Let the story of your mercy come to me in the morning, for my hope is in you: give me knowledge of the way in which I am to go; for my soul is lifted up to you.
1 Thess 2:8 : 8 Even so, being full of loving desire for you, we took delight in giving you not only God's good news, but even our lives, because you were dear to us.
Ps 63:4 : 4 So will I go on blessing you all my life, lifting up my hands in your name.
Ps 86:4 : 4 Make glad the soul of your servant; for it is lifted up to you, O Lord.
