Verse 20

And another said, I have been married, and so I am not able to come.

1 Cor 7:33 : 33 But the married man gives his attention to the things of this world, how he may give pleasure to his wife.
Deut 24:5 : 5 A newly married man will not have to go out with the army or undertake any business, but may be free for one year, living in his house for the comfort of his wife.
Luke 14:26-28 : 26 And turning round, he said to them, If any man comes to me, and has not hate for his father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters, and even for his life, he may not be my disciple. 27 Whoever does not take up his cross and come after me may not be my disciple. 28 For which of you, desiring to put up a tower, does not first give much thought to the price, if he will have enough to make it complete?
Luke 18:29-30 : 29 And he said to them, Truly I say to you, There is no man who has given up house or wife or brothers or father or mother or children, because of the kingdom of God, 30 Who will not get much more in this time, and in the world to come, eternal life.
1 Cor 7:29-31 : 29 But I say this, my brothers, the time is short; and from now it will be wise for those who have wives to be as if they had them not; 30 And for those who are in sorrow, to give no signs of it; and for those who are glad, to give no signs of joy; and for those who are getting property, to be as if they had nothing; 31 And for those who make use of the world, not to be using it fully; for this world's way of life will quickly come to an end.
