Verse 31

And if anyone says to you, Why are you taking him? say, The Lord has need of him.

Ps 24:1 : 1 <A Psalm. Of David.> The earth is the Lord's, with all its wealth; the world and all the people living in it.
Ps 50:10-12 : 10 For every beast of the woodland is mine, and the cattle on a thousand hills. 11 I see all the birds of the mountains, and the beasts of the field are mine. 12 If I had need of food, I would not give you word of it; for the earth is mine and all its wealth.
Matt 21:2-3 : 2 Saying to them, Go into the little town in front of you, and straight away you will see an ass with a cord round her neck, and a young one with her; let them loose and come with them to me. 3 And if anyone says anything to you, you will say, The Lord has need of them; and straight away he will send them.
Mark 11:3-6 : 3 And if anyone says to you, Why are you doing this? say, The Lord has need of him and will send him back straight away. 4 And they went away and saw a young ass by the door outside in the open street; and they were getting him loose. 5 And some of those who were there said to them, What are you doing, taking the ass? 6 And they said to them the words which Jesus had said; and they let them go.
