Verse 5

And nearest to him will be the tribe of Issachar, with Nethanel, the son of Zuar, as their chief.

Num 1:8 : 8 From Issachar, Nethanel, the son of Zuar;
Num 7:18 : 18 On the second day Nethanel, the son of Zuar, chief of Issachar, made his offering:
Num 7:23 : 23 And for the peace-offerings, two oxen, five male sheep, five he-goats, five he-lambs of the first year: this was the offering of Nethanel, the son of Zuar.
Num 10:15 : 15 And at the head of the army of the children of Issachar was Nethanel, the son of Zuar.
Num 26:23-25 : 23 The sons of Issachar by their families: of Tola, the family of the Tolaites: of Puvah, the family of the Punites: 24 Of Jashub, the family of the Jashubites: of Shimron, the family of the Shimronites. 25 These are the families of Issachar, as they were numbered, sixty-four thousand, three hundred.
Num 1:28-29 : 28 The generations of the sons of Issachar were numbered by their families and their fathers' houses, every male of twenty years old and over who was able to go to war; 29 Fifty-four thousand, four hundred of the tribe of Issachar were numbered.
