Verse 4

The Lord has made everything for his purpose, even the sinner for the day of evil.

Rom 9:22 : 22 What if God, desiring to let his wrath and his power be seen, for a long time put up with the vessels of wrath which were ready for destruction:
1 Pet 2:8 : 8 And, A stone of falling, a rock of trouble; the word is the cause of their fall, because they go against it, and this was the purpose of God.
Isa 43:21 : 21 Even the people whom I made to be the witnesses of my praise.
Isa 43:7 : 7 Every one who is named by my name, and whom I have made for my glory, who has been formed and designed by me.
Rom 11:36 : 36 For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things. To him be the glory for ever. So be it.
2 Pet 2:9 : 9 The Lord is able to keep the upright safe in the time of testing, and to keep evil-doers under punishment till the day of judging;
Rev 4:11 : 11 It is right, our Lord and our God, for you to have glory and honour and power: because by you were all things made, and by your desire they came into being.
2 Pet 2:3 : 3 And in their desire for profit they will come to you with words of deceit, like traders doing business in souls: whose punishment has been ready for a long time and their destruction is watching for them.
Job 21:30 : 30 How the evil man goes free in the day of trouble, and has salvation in the day of wrath?
