Verse 18

One who gives false witness against his neighbour is a hammer and a sword and a sharp arrow.

Ps 57:4 : 4 My soul is among lions; I am stretched out among those who are on fire, even the sons of men, whose teeth are spears and arrows, and whose tongue is a sharp sword.
Prov 12:18 : 18 There are some whose uncontrolled talk is like the wounds of a sword, but the tongue of the wise makes one well again.
Jer 9:8 : 8 His tongue is an arrow causing death; the words of his mouth are deceit: he says words of peace to his neighbour, but in his heart he is waiting secretly for him.
Jas 3:6 : 6 And the tongue is a fire; it is the power of evil placed in our bodies, making all the body unclean, putting the wheel of life on fire, and getting its fire from hell.
Prov 24:28 : 28 Do not be a violent witness against your neighbour, or let your lips say what is false.
Jer 9:3 : 3 Their tongues are bent like a bow to send out false words: they have become strong in the land, but not for good faith: they go on from evil to evil, and they have no knowledge of me, says the Lord.
Ps 120:3-4 : 3 What punishment will he give you? what more will he do to you, you false tongue? 4 Sharp arrows of the strong, and burning fire.
Ps 140:3 : 3 Their tongues are sharp like the tongue of a snake; the poison of snakes is under their lips. (Selah.)
Ps 52:2 : 2 Purposing destruction, using deceit; your tongue is like a sharp blade.
