Verse 16

For they take no rest till they have done evil; their sleep is taken away if they have not been the cause of someone's fall.

Ps 36:4 : 4 He gives thought to evil on his bed; he takes a way which is not good; he is not a hater of evil.
Mic 2:1 : 1 A curse on the designers of evil, working on their beds! in the morning light they do it, because it is in their power.
