Verse 12

Up! O Lord; let your hand be lifted: give thought to the poor.

Ps 9:12 : 12 When he makes search for blood, he has them in his memory: he is not without thought for the cry of the poor.
Mic 5:9 : 9 And it will come about in that day, says the Lord, that I will take away your horses from you, and will give your war-carriages to destruction:
