Verse 2

As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the Lord is round about his people, from this time and for ever.

Zech 2:5 : 5 And lifting up my eyes, I saw a man with a measuring-line in his hand.
John 10:28-29 : 28 And I give them eternal life; they will never come to destruction, and no one will ever take them out of my hand. 29 That which my Father has given to me has more value than all; and no one is able to take anything out of the Father's hand.
